Last day in October all Americans celebrate Halloween! This year it wasn´t different and I had opportunity to celebrate with them for 2nd time.

On Friday afternoon Courtney invited to our house 15 children at age 2-6 years for halloween play date.
The kids program was up to me (cause I´m creative) and snacks were up to Courtney. I prepared funny activities for kids. They had free time to play to each other, then was a thowing balls competition, art wizard project, cupcake and cookie decoratiog and photo corner with halloween theme.
Now I will should say ... it was a pretty tough day, but it was worth it! Nobody was bored. Everyone enjoyed a fun afternoon well. Mother said "Thank you for such a nice party." Everyone said - it was the best kids halloween party they´ve ever been! :-)

I was so tired ... really! So much! But it was Friday and I had a free evening. I haven´t been somewhere for long time, so I made plan with Taryn. We went to Brazen Fox in White Plains. On our way there we stopped at halloween store and I bought a skirt (part of my costume). At Brazen we had dinner, watched the baseball finals (we still haven´t understood that rules), and then we watch people in their crazy costumes. Some of them participated in costume competition. Some masks were funny, simple, another perfect or embarrassing. I think the best mask was Jack Sparrow. Exactly perfect copy of Johny Depp. The funniest masks were three blind mice and bee.
Real Halloween Day was on Saturday. I worked in the morning - but I was good :-) I went to pick up vegetables on the farm with kids and then Logan had soccer.
In the afternoon, the kids went to the town for trick-or-treat and I began to prepare myself for the evening. Mask has been quite simple and preparation didn´t take too much time. I was a Batwoman!
Logan lent me a cape, Avery mask and Taryn did my makeup and hair :-) Well, do you like me?

Before we went to White Plains, we stopped in "our" pub in Pleasantville. Dylan, the bar tender, was wery funny as always. Around 10pm we decided to move to White Plains. The Brazen Fox was horribe this night. It was so overcrowded ... actually like everwhere on Halloween Day and people´s masks were terrible. Literally it was disaster! Neither pretty or funny :-(
Got to the bar took forever. Go somewhere was not worth because in front of every entrance there was at least 50 people waiting to get in. So then after midnight I decided go home.

Sunday was a relaxing day. During the night our time changed and I could sleep 1 hour more then I used to. Funny was that I forget about this time change. So it was like a benefit for me :-) But Courtney couldn´t say the same. Kids woke up at 4:30 :-( Poor Courtney. So around 8:30 I replaced her and she went take a nap and I was playing with tired kids.
10 am - Steve replaces me and I´m going to take a nap too. Yeah I had that "benefit" but probably it was enough. So I fell asleep and woke up after noon. :-) Now I felt great. Full of energy. But what to do with that energy? It was beautiful weather outside, so I called Taryn. We went for a walk to Rockefeller Park. Huge and beautiful park! A lot of other people had the same idea. But it didn´t matter. During 4 km walk, we were enjoying beautifully colored autumn nature. Probably I will repeat myself - but I love this season!
